TTT Ministries-George Dooms

Hello Friends of 90.9 The Vine,
We look forward with eager anticipation to adding Real Life Radio--WVYN to the radio stations broadcasting
Telling The Truth, the radio outreach of TTT Christian Youth Ministries on the airwaves each weekday.

As a senior in high school, God thrust me into a radio ministry —
first singing on the live broadcast “Echoes of Grace” sponsored by my home church, and soon serving as the speaker and director, every Saturday morning. Simultaneously, I was directing a monthly
interdenominational Youth for Christ rally as a high school student.

Across the years and across the miles, my goal in life continues to
be to communicate Christianity, especially to and through teenagers.
TTT Christian Youth Ministries began the first Saturday of February
1966, and has never missed a single Saturday for over 42 years.
February 7, 2009, the Lord willing, will be TTT’s 43rd birthday.
Between Saturdays, the Lord has opened doors to minister publicly
with some 300 local churches in Illinois, Indiana, and Kentucky, and
beyond. TTT territory is the 100-mile radius from our 30-acre campus
on US 41 at Boonville New Harmony Road, midway between Evansville
Regional Airport
and Interstate 64.

Beginning with 2 teenagers in our living room that first Saturday
evening, we have been privileged to have attendance from a very few
to tremendous crowds of thousands on a handful of Saturdays – the
largest being 13,000 on one special occasion.

Meanwhile, we have criss-crossed the Tri-state, and have had
TIGER*Team IMPACT! evangelistic youth events in many Tri-state
counties, in high school gyms, local church auditoriums, city parks,
fairgrounds, and stadiums. Our Project proCLAIM ministry includes
peer evangelism training for teenagers, and adult coaches, and
utilizing a continuous public relations outreach of print, radio,
outdoor billboards, television, the internet, Bible distribution,
public gatherings, and one-on-one sharing of God’s ABC’s.

Teenagers from TTT have served the Lord on all six populated
continents and many countries worldwide; TTT alumni are actively
involved in ministry and missions in multiple places.

The Vision: Every teenager to have an opportunity to “Believe on
the Lord Jesus Christ” personally before turning twenty. Radio is
an effective way to connect and “reconnect” God’s glorious
Gospel with teenagers — past, present, and future.

Christian communicators from 40 different nations have come to TTT
as “Missionaries to America.”

By partnering with ministries such as Real Life Radio 90.9 The Vine, it is possible
for Christ through you to change the world!!!
